Because the City is only available to the latest consoles, the penthouse apartment can only be unlocked in the PS5 as well as Xbox Series X versions. To unlock the penthouse, players must complete missions that award MVP points. 1,000,000 MVP points are required to finish the MVP of the City challenge.
Every completed quest rewards players with points. However, the amount of MVP points received will differ with each task. Players can keep track of their progress by accessing the quest menu, and then checking the City MVP section. Earning MVP points in NBA 2K22 is quite easy. Anything players do to advance in the MyCareer mode to strutting across the catwalk can bring them points.
However, certain tasks provide points that are higher over others.
