I'm sure that effiency is a factor I have said that I only cast when I'm 4 levels above it. Is there anyone who has better techniques for RuneScape Gold training? I'm not a fan about barrows as training tools, but I do earn a fair share or xp and I lose about 4000 coins each time or I can make atleast 30,000 profits however it's not necessarily all that bad. I have used minamal prayer jars because I freeze them , then take them away.

I'm relatively new to RS and I'm wondering what quests would be beneficial for players at similar to me? I don't want to make this post too long or a list but I'm not aware of any other way to do it.

I realize this list is a bit lengthy but I could not think of which way to put it on the web. it. However, I've looked for additional quests and have discovered some good ones, but I just wanted to know if they have any that I am missing. I'm looking for some great equipment for secure Pking (CW, Dueling, ect) along with str xp (no whip). I'm considering 3 different gear types. These are... This build can be great in str-training. This is the best defense option. It is probably not as effective for training as build 1 because of the inaccuracy due to RS3 Gold no D Defender. This would be fantastic for CW which i would love to try but. In addition, i'd need to raise about 2 mil to fund this build unless i remove the Berserker ring.
